Nicolas Coassin is a former elite athlete and former member of the French national rowing team. His career includes several French championship titles and international medals.
A professional rowing coach for over 15 years, he coached in France from 2012, then in Switzerland from 2014. He has coached within the Swiss national team and worked alongside athletes who went on to compete at the Olympic Games.
People as much as performance

Throughout his career, Nicolas has supported athletes, teams and clubs. One constant runs through this work: helping a team progress by focusing as much on people as on performance.
Today, he brings this experience of elite sport and team building to the corporate world with Esprit d’Équipe Rowing.
