Before you commit
Practical information.
Let’s discuss your group, your preferred dates and your objectives to prepare your proposal.
Is the discovery day suitable for beginners?
Yes, the discovery day is designed as an introductory experience open to everyone, even those with no sporting experience. Its purpose is to introduce people to rowing as a team, not to select athletes. Individual participation requirements and practical arrangements are agreed with Nicolas Coassin.
What is the aim of this introductory experience?
The aim is to offer a shared introduction to rowing in which everyone matters and must take others into account. Cohesion, listening and coordination take tangible form in the boat. Your company's specific expectations can be discussed during the initial conversation with Nicolas Coassin.
How long does the discovery day last?
The timings and time spent rowing are set out in your proposal. Discuss your arrangements with Nicolas Coassin before involving your employees. This conversation provides an opportunity to discuss welcoming the group, any breaks and how the discovery experience fits into your company's programme.
